In a rare unprecedented Judgment/order Hon’ble Delhi High Court gave indulgence and ordered investigation where investigation was already closed by the Police as the sole accused died and ordered conducting of a scientific investigation including Teichmann Test on the allegations of Rape by the daughter against the father on the petition filed by the Grandparents to find out the truth.
